Better Business Through People
Welcome to the Developing Your Business Through Your People website
This site is part of a project exploring business development through people in smaller businesses and the ways in which this can be supported. Funded by UKCES, the project is being led by SFEDI, in partnership with Stratagia and Durham University, The outcomes will be used to shape a planned re-launch of the Investors in People offer for SMEs (those with fewer than 250 employees) in Autumn 2011.
This site will be updated regularly with outcomes from the project, as well as focused surveys to obtain the views of businesses and stakeholders around different aspects of developing a business through your people.
Your views
During March we are seeking views and evidence from organisations, including:
- Business membership and representative organisations
- Sector Skills Councils and industry or professional bodies
- Business service organisations, including accountancy, banking and legal representative and membership organisations
- Enterprise support professionals
- Government Departments and agencies
